Grace Gower is an experienced civil litigator, successfully handling cases from pre-lawsuit to trial and post-trial. For years, she has represented clients in diverse areas of law.

She has dedicated her practice to 100% general litigation for over 10 years, primarily involving complex matters, including business disputes, contractual disputes, commercial and residential real estate, and construction matters. She has represented business owners, individuals, property owners (commercial and residential), homeowners associations, developers, general contractors, subcontractors and real estate brokerages and agents. She has also represented both healthcare and corporate clients in the defense of general litigation matters during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ms. Gower also has experience in defending tort and casualty actions such high-value personal injury actions, wrongful death, motor vehicle, premises liability.

Ms. Gower has successfully defended and prosecuted cases involving business disputes, including breach of contract actions, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud cases. She has successfully taken on and settled many cases prior to litigation and at all phases during litigation by using practical and cost-effective alternative dispute resolution options.

Grace Gower received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego. She received her law degree on scholarship from the University of San Diego School of Law. She is a member of the SDCBA Real Property Law Section, SDCBA Business Law Section, the CLA Real Property Law Section. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys staying active in the legal community.
